First time I ever stayed at this hotel, We have been coming to Blackpool since 1965 and have found the perfect hotel at last. The staff were very friendly and helpful  I was wheelchair bound and they went out of their way to help me. The food and service were excellent. Hopefully will be back again.

We had a drink in the outside space on the lunchtime 6th October. We decided we would return for an evening meal with a view to booking a holiday stay later in the year.
The service we received that evening was a stark contrast to the professional, efficient service we had received during the afternoon. The waitress's were bored, rude, inefficient, clumsy and clearly not interested in the patrons. The manager walked around on his phone all evening, the food took a ridiculous amount of time to arrive, all the waiting staff walked in front of the stage whilst the performer was singing, they did this with their coats and bags on several times obviously going home. The food was dry overcooked and not good value for money, the tables were dirty and we had to ask fro cutlery, condiments and serviettes, this was obviously a trouble to the waiting staff who just about contained a sigh. One waitress dropped food and pots on the floor twice exclaiming loudly"shit" which was very unnecessary. The bar staff were more interested in betting each other to drink a mixed nasty drink than serving my husband. The saving grace in this whole experience was the entertainer - Male Singer, he was fantastic and really held his own despite the rudeness of your kitchen staff. The kit chen door was wedged open and the smell of disinfectant was so over whelming we had to leave,And no we won't be booking a holiday stay .
